Historical 1930 independent studios with design interiors in the center of Milan. Casa in Italian means home, we love the idea that guest will be able to enjoy our studios like a cozy home in Milan. 

Our two historical and independent apartments have more than 100 years of life and we remodelled them to give modern comfort with a charming and glamorous feel.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND CONCEPT

Milan-based architects Elisa Evaso and Luca Guglieri, principal and founders of Monostudio Associati in Milano with 15 experiences in private homes and hotel remodels decided to experience personally hospitality. Monocase are a sort of alive mock up apartments, manifesto of their work in interior design.  Monocase are ment to be a design laboratory where the constant meeting with guests helps to improve the knowledge about hospitality design.

They are also constantly refreshing the studios with modern design inspiring pieces books and magazines.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

We will host you in our studios. Any apartment is equipped with security door, safe deposit box, kitchen, microwave, fridge, air conditioning, a coffee machine and a flat-screen smart TV and an iron. There's a private bathroom with bidet in both units, along with free toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi is offered

WHERE WE ARE, LOCATION MATTERS

Our apartments are placed in Corso di Porta Vittoria n.58, in the area called Milano Centro wich is bounded by the Mura Spagnole built between 1548 and 1562 now almost complitely destroyed, between la Rotonda della Besana and Villa Necchi Campiglio right in front of Coin mall and close to Piazza Cinque Giornate you will find le MonoCase.

The two studios are at groundfloor of the building directly accessibile form the courtyard.

Form the Case you will be able to reach Duomo Cathedral in 15 minutes walk, Piazza San Babila in 10 minutes and form Duomo and San Babila you will be able to easily reach any area of Milano catching yellow or red Metro line.

If you are in a hurry like all the milanese are you  will find tram stop in front of your accomodation (lines 12,27,19) to go to Duomo or Missori in few stops.

To reach Stazione Centrale train station you can get tram line number 9 from Piazza Cinque Giornate further more you will be able to go to Linate Airport in 20 minutes by bus number 73.

Milanese are always in a hurry, love the aperitivo time of the day, love to escape the city during week ends "gita fuori porta", love vernissage, cultural events, expositions, look glamorous and never cook.
